Dec 20,2022Initial process was seamless and efficient, delivery quick and initially the product ( pommel horse foot stool x2) looked to be of good quality however Three days into ownership and the supposed āleatherā cover on one of these stools started to flake off, these items are sold as real leather ācow hideā and are clearly either pvc or at best bondedā¦ either way not as described and if 3 days of use causes the material to crack and flake they will become an eyesore inside of a month. Contacted the company via their email twice and have had no response. I would suggest giving this company a miss. Update: As you have responded to this review please confirm as stated in your response that the items purchased are Genuine Leather and Not bonded, composite, reconstituted, faux or Vinyl but real cowhide genuine leather as stated in the advert. If this is the case please explain how it is possible that it peels? Especially after 3 days of minor use? Real genuine leather doesnāt delaminate or peel! Further update, company sent a generic email about being busy!! They do have the time to respond to a negative review but not directly to customers. Unprofessional. Stay away from these people.
