We lost one of the feet somehow when we had some work done on the house and moved them, I got in contact with them as it was only small foot piece wasn't sure they did them, but they were great had a spare for me and posted it free of charge, its very rare you get 5 star customer service now adays, so thank you to Jack and the team!
