Mar 04,2022After searching for a large contemporary clock I found this clock by Picture Perfect. It was easy to order on the website and it arrived as described three days later by a friendly driver. The clock is mirrored and the packaging was probably the best it could be. Communication through out the process was just right. The clock is contemporary and a real focal point in home and I’ve received numerous compliments.

I ordered a chest of drawers, two delivery drivers delivered it but refused to take it up our stairs as they said it wouldn’t fit, after trying for half an hour they told us to contact picture perfect. We called picture perfect who told us our option was to reject the delivery , but we would still have to pay 25% of the cost of the item. I don’t understand how a company can charge for a delivery that they quite frankly haven’t delivered. The manager told us they would get in touch with the courrier and charge us extra to send out another team to take the chest of drawers upstairs, alternatively we can just leave it in our doorway- what an absolutely joke. Following his ridiculous advice we ended up paying independently for two men to take it up the stairs which they did in 5 minutes.

Mar 08,2022Unfortunately the delivery I had was damaged in transit (no fault of the company) I rang and my problem was dealt with the same day with replacement goods dispatched the same day. Very polite employees. Couldn't of asked for better service. Very pleased with the wall art I received looks very effective and value for money.
