Dec 09,2021Bought a hall table which quickly arrived. on opening the well packed box there was only 2 legs in the package. Sent an email which was quickly dealt with and 2 new legs arrived . Clearly an issue with the manufacturer and not the supplier All sorted and looks great

Jan 04,2022Product quality is good but service is average. I ordered a dining table and chairs from Picture perfect home the beginning of December. I was sent the completely wrong chairs initially and then had to wait in all day the following day for these to be collected to receive the correct chairs. Never received as much as an apology. I was advised that the dining table would be delivered on the Thursday of that week by one of the customer service advisors. But the delivery company advised me that it would be out for delivery between 8pm and 10pm on the Friday, when I was due to be entertaining. Unfortunately due to this I had to cancel my Christmas plans with friends. I rang customer services to complain about this as they were just rude to be honest, didn't want to listen or help. Quality is good which made up for the poor service. Probably would order again but with lower expectations. Disappointing when spending such a large amount with a company for such poor service.
