My experience with Picture Perfect home was good until I rejected their damaged delivery. While the delivery drivers were assembling the unit I noticed the item was damaged (fair size dent on chrome tube), I pointed it out as I could see it from the doorway roughly 6ft away. The driver suggested that as the unit was reversible I could put the damaged side against the wall and it would still look OK, he said if I rang up the office I'd get a discount on the product for accepting the damaged item. I was prepared to do this as it was a reasonable solution, but only if the other side was undamaged. Unfortunately after close inspection the other side was also found to be dented as well (although much smaller) so I rejected the item, the delivery drivers apologised for the inconvenience and one of them explained items are delivered damaged occasionally as they currently have no quality control person on site in China at the moment due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I was fine with the situation as I understand these things happen and the delivery drivers were polite and courteous throughout our interactions. When I rang the sales department to explain the situation the lady apologised and asked me if I wanted a replacement unit, to which I said I did. After putting me hold for a short period, she came back on the phone and told me that her manager had been in contact with the delivery driver and he was not prepared to offer me a replacement and I would be given a full refund? I was told it was his opinion they would NOT be able to provide me with a replacement unit with any less damage than the one I had already rejected... Being surprised by this action I asked her to clarify that Picture Perfect Home can't provide a replacement unit without damage? To which she said no. She was polite throughout the call and she was only relaying her managers words, but as a customer I was astonished by this course of action and was made to feel like I'd done something wrong by expecting a £650 display unit not to be damaged in multiple places.

Ordered Wednesday night delivered early Friday morning. Fantastic service, price and item, Would recommend and definitely not hesitate to purchase from Picture Perfect Home in the future. Can drop the Picture and Home and just re-name PERFECT

Picture Perfect Home are a fabulous company selling fantastic quality with amazing fast delivery, I recently purchased a Mirrored Bedside Cabinet & upon arrival firstly the packaging was by far the best I have ever received, the cabinet is beautifully made, a quality product! Great service from this company. I emailed them to check that item I wanted to order was in stock, I received a reply immediately confirming it was. I placed my order and paid for a next day delivery. I received confirmation straight away, and the item was delivered the next day. Will definitely use again.
