Aug 12,2021Another wonderful service from Pictureperfect. I order my and kindly ask that they be delivered the following as I was travelling. This was organised immediately and I got the items the next day in perfect condition. I can not recommend this company enough. Service is personalised, the agents are polite and extremely helpful. Ordering from here I know I get the best and their ginger jars are the cheapest online and free delivery. How about that!!

Jul 28,2021Where do I start. I purchased a side table from this company after searching for many weeks thought I found the ideal table as it fit the exact measurements and was in a chrome gold. Received the table and there was no issues was happy with the product. This is now 3 months down the line and I have used no chemical products on this item and the gold has started to RUST ! ALL THE FRAME WORK IS RUSTING. I contacted the customer service team straight away and was told to email pictures. I did this straight away and sent a video. I received a prompt response asking what products I used to clean the table. I replied advising I have used a dry cloth and only used a damp cloth when I saw the discolouration/rust. I received a response the next day saying that due to the fact I have used a damp cloth there is nothing they can do and they are not willing to help me any further. I contact them via telephone and was transferred to the manager the rude man called JACK. Who was going round and round in circles and not responding to my issue until I asked directly if he will offer me a solution and he refused saying nope we do not help our customers after purchases !!!! And the table has a gold coating so this will not stay on forever I’m in uttter shock blatantly telling me the items are supposed to discolour. I’m really worried as I have purchased the matching coffee table and now I’m unsure what to do with this please please do not purchase from this company absolute scammers !!!!!! Cheap material items !!!!

Jul 27,2021The prints are amazing and look stunning once mounted on the walls, a real talking point when you have friends etc over. Couple of minor points to be aware of though: The web site is not clear as to framing as in the advert it shows the canvas in a frame and you imagine this is what your buying, your not, and to frame this canvas is 4 times more expensive. Secondly, I ordered a second canvas and the web site in this occasion advertised the canvas was stretched on a frame, again it was delivered as just a canvas and had to pay to have framed. That aside these canvases are unique and I guess you can’t have every thing for the advertised cost. Definitely worth having and highly recommend this company, even there delivery times from the USA is reasonable. Go treat yourselves, you will not be disappointed.
