Jul 06,2021If it was posable i would have given this company no star. Avoid this company at all cause. There product is dangerous and of very low quality. On the 8th of March I purchase 6 dinning chairs for a total of £1259.70p. The chairs were delivered on the 24 of march 2021. last night at dinner my husband and I heard a strange sound as he sat down to have his meal. Upon inspection of the flooring, as we thought that where the noise was coming from. We did not find anything wrong so he continued with his meal. By the time we realise it he was on the floor. The leg of the chair had completely snap and broken away. I contacted the suppler first thing this morning and explained to her about my concerns with regards to the chairs and there safety. In my email i explained that I have a 9 year old son who is artistic and if the same thing should happened whiles he is using one of the chairs, the outcome could be catastrophic. She responded, stating that the braking of the leg did not happened accidentally and that there must have been some previous trauma. I contacted her by phone, made it clear that the chair had not suffer any previous trauma. I ask her what previous trauma was she implying? She stated rocking. I said to her that it appears to me, she is implying rocking because i said that my son is artistic. I made it clear to her that my son does not have behavioural issues and that rocking was not one of his traits. She inform me she was not prepare to do anything about the broken chair. So we are seeking legal advice.

Jul 02,2021It's actually the little things that can make all the difference and I was so chuffed with this company, as I had ordered a console table and was so anxious that it would arrive without any damage (I had ordered one from another company previously and it arrived damaged and I had a heck of a time getting it returned etc), but honestly, they had taken so much time and applied a lot of common sense and had the box wrapped and protected so thoroughly that I reckon it could have been dropped from a height and not be damaged!! Really pleased with my table as well and will definitely have no reservations buying from them again.

The quality of my purchases is excellent and value for money. The updates are sent giving me information on the journey of my parcel through to deliver. I recommend buying from this company

Jul 02,2021I really like this product. Unfortunately there are a couple of flaws in the finish of the frame and a wee mark on one of the glass surfaces. Picture Perfect were a joy to deal with and I’ve waited a long time for something as perfect for my small living room as this. Otherwise I would’ve given. 5 stars.

Jul 01,2021I’ve ordered twice from here and have been pleased. The fragile products come really well packed so no chance of breakages. Really beautiful items on website. Only downside is the return policy, you have to pay return costs which is why I’ve given 4 stars.

Jul 14,2021My PicturePerfect experience was picture perfect... I was contacted by a REAL person to confirm my online order. She then outlined the delivery procedure. The delivery chaps where first class! They unpacked the chests of drawers for me and removed the boxes. The whole experience was premium. So simple and efficient. A real treat x
