Happy enough with your service, but one of the wings of the mirror had a screw missing and hanging loose , can't really understand how that has passed anyone's attention, fortunately we had a screw that fit otherwise we would have sent it back. The mirror is nice enough for the price.

Pink Velvet Shell Back Dining Chair. We wanted a pink chair urgently to fit in our spare bedroom as we had guests arriving on the 21st May. Website said delivery would be 3 days. Rang agent on Wed 19th May and asked if it would be possible to deliver quicker. She was very helpful and on our behalf, changed the website to show the product had the option of next day delivery. Ordered and paid for the product on-line and it arrived as promised the following day (Thurs 20th May). The colour matched the decor of the room perfectly. The agent was really helpful and understood our predicament. She gets 5 stars.

Ordered a console table that arrived within two days, unfortunately it was slightly damaged . I emailed a photo over & within seconds I had a reply with an apology & the offer of a replacement . The replacement arrived within two days & is in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to but something from picture perfect homes in the future ,their customer service is faultless. If only more companies were like this . Thank you for making my purchase a pleasant experience.
