Genuine interest from staff in rectifying a situation once necessary details were established with the issues from the packaging and handling process initially. Unfortunately Yodel are not a reliable nor careful delivery provider for your business and will detract from your NPS scores going forward. Complete turnaround of what started to be a bad situation. Very happy with the new clock. I would highly recommend a visit to their website. Clear and accurate details on the range of moving gears clocks (unlike other websites) Thank you to the team for turning this around so fast.

A lot of companies don't deliver here so outstanding service with small delivery charge. Delivery company they use too were super and kept in touch. Great correspondence from start to finish.
