Oct 10,2023I made the mistake of ordering an enlarged online print from an online vendor. When it arrived in the mail it was terrible quality - the colors were washed out, the clarity was poor, and it was somehow even tipped so that the horizontal line was not even horizontal. I was in a panic as I needed something quickly for an event where the photo was needed. I found Picture Salon and ordered online that night for a rush process. I got an email the next morning with an image and a suggestion to change the size slightly to improve resolution. I agreed and the photo was ready to be picked up ahead of the rush order deadline I had provided. The colors were vivid and true to the original image, it was positioned perfectly on the page, and the clarity was perfect! I was so grateful for their timely and professional communication as well as the great product! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service!
