We called several times to ask for help as it was our fist time doing somthing like this...the people we talked to were all very helpful, patient and nice. We now joke because we've worked with several different printers (yours included!) for various projects that we've never met an unkind or unhelpful printer! Everyone in the buisness seems to be so kind

I think the woman's name was Choi was very helpful in capturing what we wanted from the pictures and gave us some very helpful suggestions. The prices were very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them for any picture and design needs you have.
