AFTER 1 ONE WEEK WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR STATUS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE NEVER RECIVED THE MONEY, WHEN I SHARED ALL THE APPROPRITE DOCUMENTS AND TOLD THEM THAT I WILL FILED A CASE AGAINST THEM IF I AM NOT GET THE MONEY, THE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS, AFTER 24 HOURS THEY TOLD ME THAT , THEY RECIVED THE MONEY BUT IS AGAIN HOLD FOR VERIFICATION PURPUSE, I AM WAITING FOR LAST 3-4 MONTH FOR MY FUND, BUT WHEN I CHAT WITH THEM ABOUT THE STATUS THEY ALWAYS TOLD ME THE SAME THINGS , IT IS VERIFYING, THEY ARE VERIFYING $2000 USD FOR LAST 4 MONTH, NOW FINALLY I REALIZE THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY, I DECIDED TO GO WITH MY LAWYER, AND I ALSO RAISED A CASE ON CONSUMER FORUM, I REQUEST YOU GUYS , WHO HAVE FACE THIS KIND OF BULLSHI**, PLEASE FILED A CASE ON CONSUMER FORUM. AND THE MAIN THING THAT DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM, THERE SO MAY ALTERNATIVE IN MARKET, TRY TO USE THEM.
We are a direct customer of Ping Pong. If you do not have time to read the entire review, here is the summary - do not use Ping Pong payments. I rarely write negative reviews. But this experience has been so appalling that I have to warn others evaluating them. We have been using Ping Pong for receiving international payments in SGD, GBP and Euro from global marketplaces we sell on. They offered a good conversion rate and hence we decided to go with them. We have about 3 payments - totaling around $13,000, that show have been received by the bank account set up by Ping Pong. However, these payments were never sent to us. The first couple have been pending for more than a month. Couple of payments since have been received by us. Whenever we enquire, our account manager at Ping Pong - Xavier Spaniard, informs us that per his support team, there is a spot review from the bank. The same answer every time we ask. The incoming money into the bank account came from one of the largest and most reputed companies in the world. We have been in business since 2007 with stellar DnB ratings. There is no reason for our money to be held up - either because of the sender or our reputation. We have done many transactions in these 14 years and never have had our money held up in any bank world wide. The escalation path was Erik Shutzler - Dir of Operations. Two emails and no response from him. The support email id has also been cc'd. It is shocking how a company feels they can get away with something like this. Terrible and incompetent customer service, unclear terms about payments, 10-14 business days to get refund for a failed transaction?! I am so grateful all those issues appeared in the beginning so i know never to use this service for my supplier payments.

Since we switched to PingPong my company has surpassed six-digit savings. Customers like me with zero IT experience but with the help of dedicated account managers things become simple, PingPong team is very cooperative and always in reach for any business discussions and suggestions.
I was referred by friend. Pingpong will ask you a lot of documents almost EVERYTHING, passport, bills, SSN, ID. They have no knowledge to recognize my state ID lol what A joke.they are Chinese owned company and have no knowledge of US documents. They block you after collecting all info I bet they sell your info too because they share screenshots with their colleagues. I warned them I will pursue legal assistance if I found out they sold my info.

Amazing service for our small business! We regularly send and receive wire transfers and do a lot of international business. PingPong is more convenient than our traditional banks and ultimately a lot less expensive as well. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service too - thanks Joe, and the PingPong team!
Everything is nice except when you want to talk to a human, or resolve some issue. It is just impossible to talk to anyone, and they never reply to emails. Their online chat assistant is useless - although he is a human, he has no clue about what is going on and ANY question he gets - he just says he passed it somewhere and I will be contacted via email - which never happens, of course. I never had any issues so far, but the feeling that there is noone who can help in case of an issue does not allow me to feel completely secure with them.
Don't use this business. They onboard clients, verify information and then after sending a deposit into the account they freeze you for 2-4 weeks requesting personal information from every transaction on the marketplace that sent the deposit. Ultimately end up holding your funds for another month and give a generic reason as to why they decided no to accept the deposit. Even if you deposit from a payment processor or large online marketplace its a nightmare to deal with, many better alternatives in the space. stay far away to avoid a additional bottlenecks.

Highly recommend Ping Pong for international payment solutions. I have worked and researched with several international payment solutions before Ping Pong (transferwise, borderless, etc), and so far Ping Pong has the best customer service and very smooth onboard/dashboard/payment SOP. My account manager is not only responsive, but understand my pain points and help to address them professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend trying them out.
Be careful, They Look legit, but they will steal your money. This is what happened to me a month ago, I sent 5000 dollars, but they did not deliver it to the other party and did not return it to me, I contacted them a lot, but they don't respond. I recommend other great banks like Mercury & Wise.
Wasn't quite sure what to expect when trying out this service. Initially it seemed great, I had gotten outreach from one of their "account managers" named James Yancey, who offered to assist me get setup. After subsequent emails he stopped replying then like a week later I got another auto CRM email from him with the same initial email. Regardless, I tried to use the platform to accept a payment from someone who owed me money. They entered their banking details onto the PingPong site and it charged their bank account the same day actually, and then it's been now 2 weeks since they made that payment, and there's no sight of it in my PingPong, I've tried to contact them through the bottom right contact us form, and through WhatsApp, but no response via email, and the WhatsApp support responds once every few days with very basic phrases that don't amount to anything. Like "What email did you contact?". I wasn't aware it was a platform primarily focused on vendors OUTSIDE the US and not people inside but I didn't expect to get completely ignored. What a joke of an establishment, they also told me that I'd get access to virtual cards but they didn't even set that up or tell me how to get it. Their whatsapp support said "yes us has virtual card". OK BUT WHERE? Anyway, this is my review of this Financial Website/App.
Our company has been using PingPong for few month now, this is an excellent solution for international E-commerce payment, much better than Paypal, which we used for long time. It brings more flexibility to send payment to our suppliers all over the world. Excellent support team brings even more benefit, PingPong really takes care of you when there's issue. If you are in E-Commerce field, and work with multi-suppliers around the world, you should jump to PingPong right away.. don't waste time on other platforms.
We had a learning curve, but we like the guys out of Toronto and overall everyone we have worked with at PingPong has been helpful and responsive. The wire payment system is a nice value-added feature and we are now using it to pay nearly every supplier we have in the USA and Internationally.
After having check payments to Vendors lost in the mail several times, I needed a better solution. My business checking account didn't offer ACH transfers (unless I upgraded and paid additional fees), so I tried PingPong and it has solved my problem. Now my Vendors get paid on time.
PingPong is great, they make the wire transfer process quick and easy.
The support does not reply for a week.
