Dealing with PingPong was an exercise in frustration due to their lack of communication. We encountered several issues with our payments, but trying to get in touch with someone from their support team was like banging our heads against a wall. It seemed like they were more interested in acquiring new customers than actually providing assistance to existing ones. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of PingPong.
I had high hopes for PingPong's cross-border payments platform, but unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. The interface was clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, the customer support was virtually non-existent; it felt like pulling teeth trying to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I would not recommend PingPong based on my disappointing experience.
They did the same thing with me. They asked for all my documents I sent them. Sensitive personal documents. After I sent them about a week later my account was closed. Emailing them is useless as they never respond. I'm convinced it is a scam. I would not recommend this company and stay away from them. Who knows what they did with my information. They responded to this comment. What they left out was they had no problem doing business with me for over a year. Everything on my end was legal to a T. You think I would risk trouble with the IRS? I filed my taxes each year and there is no issue. Please just stay away from this company, Im warning you.
Useless Payment Service Provider. They just rejected my application because I'm travelling to another country while signed up for the account as my location is different from actual address mentioned in documents. I have provided all the clarification and without and specific reply they just denied my application. No point to waste time with them at all.
Is it not ironic how the company name and what they do to gullible people match? They lure you in with great promises and once you join, the pingpong begins... I was lucky to never send them any funds, but I had to submit my passport and business information to them. Once that was done, they requested more - a selfie, tax documents, utility bills and so on. Finally, the accound was blocked. This is clearly a scam - they collect as many documents as possible, and who knows what will be done with them down the line. There are probably a few shady businesses operating around the world under YOUR name. This is an IDENTITY / MONEY harvesting operation. STAY AWAY!
The registration process is really crazy and time wasting. They keep asking documents, link, business information..... so many times. It's really shjit and i chose to switch to other networks.

I Sent money to my pingpong account, they didn’t accept it, so as a result I asked to refund IT, they told me that it will back within 1-2 weeks, now Iam waiting for 2 months and nothing happened, otherwise they said that the money was sent, my bank told me that nothing was received.. A terrible Customer Service!!!!
Terrible service with disregard for customer service. I used their service one time upon setup and a few weeks later I get my account blocked apparently due to document supplied. Going by their help pages an email to their customer service team will help me provide them with an alternative document to get my account back up but that is not the case according to Dustin Malvin who was quick to tell me that unfortunately nothing can be done to reactivate my account and essentially he was more concerned with shutting me off. I never got a response to my email to customer service btw hence why I went with live chat and spoke with resident live bot Dustin Malvin. I only needed their service to make payments to my supplier so there was absolutely no need to block my account. When you get your account blocked they won't provide you with a valid response and hide behind a hidden / fake security protocol. Typical annoying response. Find a better alternative as this clown company isn't worth it.
Great payment service to work with. Even though their compliance system is really annoying and take too much time to process payments. Aksing lot of documents to register. I hope they will maintain data privacy. Customer support is really good and friendly
This is pingponx's motto. This platform is designed to make you lose money, a lot of time and nerves. These Chinese don't care about your money that you earned through your hard work, they just push buttons. Questions about where the money went and why the transfer did not arrive are ignored. If they were unable to transfer the money, they will return the money minus the return fee. That is, they charge a commission for the fact that the money is not sent anywhere. It's just a lure of low fees, but in reality you lose a lot of money that you would never lose on more reliable platforms. In addition, you will not be able to sue them, their address is somewhere in China, Vietnam or somewhere else. These scammers are well prepared.
I sent a payment to an overseas vendor. The vendor received an email from Pingpongx asking him to set up an account so they could send him the payment. So the vendor set up an account with them and waited for the payment. But then pingpongx sent me a message saying that they needed more info from the vendor before they could process the payment. But when the vendor tries to submit the information it only allows him to enter information as a USA citizen (which he isn’t). I ask ping pong how to proceed. They said that since he isn’t a USA citizen that he should not have set up an account. He should have accepted payment as a guest. But there is nowhere that it provides this instruction. Nor does it even give an option in the welcome email to receive the payment as a guest. The singular instruction it provides is to set up an account. So now pingpongx tells me that the only way to resolve the issue is to cancel the payment, delete the vendor, and try the payment again. But there’s a delay of multiple days for pingpongx to cancel the initial transfer. And I’ve already made my vendor wait long enough to get paid. So in the meantime I send the vendor the payment through another (more reputable) platform. And I ask pingpongx to just return my funds. But … and here’s the kicker… they insist on charging me a fee to return my money after they completely flubbed the whole transaction in the first place.
Bad china company please don't use this payment. Firstly, I tested the payment from Shopify and I didn't receive any mail or notification until I manually checked on Pingpong they told me that provided proof but their sample screenshot was different from the text on the mail. I chatted with the supporter and she confirmed for 24-48h for done however now 5 days later. Well, If you look this review, please move to another payment company. Don't be greedy for cheap services, but participate carefully because when you receive a lot of money, you will not know what they do with your balance. haha
We have payed to a verified company from HongKong 3 months ago (PingPongX Verified). After payment we never received a delivery and PingPongX ensured us several times that we should get a refund and in the end they did not refund us and now we lost our money. So our company lost 9000 usd. So for us it is really not a safe way to pay invoices. So what means verified without any investigation? We think PingPongX is responsible for losing our money!!

This company don't send my hard earned money to bank. I receive affiliate payments then take review process, I send all documents, then they approve it in 1days. Now they don't send money to bank account. Whole company is scam. The best way to receive my money is going to COURT. NEVER USE THIS PINGPONG(SCAM),

First everything looks fine, you withdraw some small amounts to check if it works properly. Because they are not interested in small amounts. But when you withdrawn more money they find any reason to block your funds. Then you have the only way to get your money - the court.
