Especially their managers are very helpful and the content they provide and new features are useful. After switching services from another provider, now I am finally happy.

Sep 24,2021don't trust the 5 stars rating ! all those feedback are fake and made by their agents ! i tell you my experience : i register there and they asked for too many documents , ID , selfi holding ID , business documents etc ... and at the end ! they say there is problem with my ID ... what a joke ! and they blocked my account , they are unprofessional , they theif money of customers after you receive to your acocunt , they block you and take your money , (many people got the same situation , just read their feedback) and again ! all thsoe positives feedback are just fake and scam

Sep 22,2021i've been an old client with pingpong , been worknig together for very long time (2 years or so) , they've made great money with me by debiting fee ! and how they thank me ? they blocked my account without reason ! they asked for my selfi holding my ID , i provided it to them and they keep blocked my account , i have lost 950 € that pingpong took from my balance and didn't let me know where is my money now you gonna see the same "COPY-PAST" message which they will use to reply to my review ... my account is still blocked, whenever i contact them , i get the same copy-past answer : our team reviewed your document and can't move forward .... too unprofessional and they collect the maximum of documents from you (ID , utiltiy bill , bank statement , Selfi Holding ID ....) i don't know if they use to re sell it or to make something else with it ! Stay AWAY from PingPong Edit : Look at their reply ! the same COPY-PAST message that they use to answer to everyone ! + they react like if i didn't talked about my money which they took from my balance ! Why when it comes about my 950 € you ignore it and act like if nothing is happening ... ? stay away from those unprofessional service ....

Jun 25,2021Scam Alert PingPong Global Solutions Inc. This company scam my money around $314 and $500 dont trust this company dont sing up chinese scammer This pingpongx.com website is scammer. They still holding my money without any reason. The documents (proof of identity, bank) were sent, my account was verified. My bank account (provided by PingPongx) received the money freelancer but its under review they won't clear my money and receive my money (I requested since 2021/04/30 19:53:38 IST and 2021/06/24 22:50:30 IST for the transaction). Contacted to chat support and the number they provided (indian phone number +91 88614 26333) but there is no solution and the phone number via whatsapp is the worse service ever, they promised but I think it's in the heaven or somewhere else, their promise. I tried to contacted 10 times and always promise, promise...today (2021/06/25) is more than 2 months and no answer. PINGPONGX is SCAMMER so don't use they service.To pingpongx staff: I'm still waiting your refund as the promise...

May 03,2021They had the hidden wire money fee for withdrawing or sending money. Besides 1% fee they mentioned to you when you sign up, they do not mention that intermediary bank fee will be charged from the money sent to the payment. Our vendor brought us the attention that the money they received from our payment is short and after we investigate, they confessed that it was charged by the intermediary bank. They tried to hide the fee. It is scam. Be careful and recommend to stay away from this service.
