My personal circumstances were complicated but Dan and Rhiannon guided as through the process and made it as easy as possible. They kept us up to date with progress, were helpful with advice throughout. We’ve just got the keys to our property. We are delighted. Thank you for your assistance.

Suffice to say Sam & his team at Pinnacle told us what was to come and really helped us from start to finish and choose the right mortgage for our needs. They’re friendly, professional, and you don’t feel like anything is being hidden or kept back from you. Nothing was to much trouble. Even right up to now when my partner I chose them to sort out our life insurance. The chocolates sent to our home address were also a lovely touch on completion. I work in an industry where service is paramount to our clients and the levels provided by Daniel at Pinnacle were second to none. Just to put a cherry on the cake we even got a nice box of chocolates sent through once our mortgage was sorted. I couldn't recommend Pinnacle enough and would suggest you ask for Daniel Sparkes!!

Sam & Livvie found a lender that fulfilled all of our requirements in some difficult circumstances, and from there took control of communication with both the lender and our solicitor, with regular updates provided to us. Pinnacle were also on hand with prompt replies and good advice to any queries we raised. I would highly recommend Pinnacle for their expertise in finding an appropriate product and lender, and for their communication and general high standard of customer service.
