As first-time buyers, we were nervous about the process of obtaining a mortgage especially given the unique circumstance of trying to complete on a property before Stamp Duty ended. From the initial contact all the way through to completion, the staff at Pinnacle helped ease our concerns with clear communication and guidance. I cannot recommend them more and look forward to working with Pinnacle again when it's time to remortgage!
