During the whole process, Pinnacle colleagues were always available and did a lot of extra work to get the process over the line. There were quite a few hick-ups that they helped to sort out very effectively. We are very impressed and happy to recommend them.

Plus there were some complications when it came to our income - because we were living and working in Hong Kong and had vry little credit history in the UK. Jonathan came through and got us an offer and completed it in the nick of time. Highly recommend this team, they were amazing.

Apr 12,2024I would like to offer a huge thanks to Shahrul, Holly and the team. Their customer service is the best I have received. What you want in a broker especially on a B2L (Buy to let) Mortgage is 1) They get back to you quickly which they do 2) They know exactly the best lenders to approach Again they do 3) If you have any financial obstacles you are worried about they can find alternative lenders They deliver on all the above. I would like to recommend them and send my appreciation to especially Shahrul who is absolutely fantastic at what he does. I will be now using them for all of my mortgages in the future and looking forward to leaving more positive reviews in the future. The best mortgage broker out there.
