Worst company I have ever witnessed with regards to compliance with contract. Worst company I have ever witnessed with regards to bullying and discrimination towards people picking on innocent young women with a new born baby. Worst company i have ever witnessed for employees with regards to competence they people that make the decisions for allowing new equipment are clueless and bullies it might be that they don't want to spend the money so they get a good Christmas bonus or something but their excuses are horrendous when the contract has literally just been renewed in April they are already saying there is no money. I cannot wait to leave the MOD and never have to deal with the employees working for this company. I will be getting professional advice in regards to the bullying and harassment my family has been getting with unauthorised visits and ganging up on my wife home alone with a new born baby.

Worst company in the world. No organisation or management. Refuse to connect you to the person you need to speak to. Constantly chasing repairs which are done to a low standard. No accountability. The housing system is a monopoly. The company is rotten to the core.
Had an appointment booked over two weeks for oven repair only to be told a day before the appointment the engineer won't be attending. I had my little one's birthday planned and we were meant to be baking. Very disappointing!
Sarah was rather rude and impersonal and insensitive.
Always rubbish bodge job repairs contracted out. House we were moved into is dirty and has mould problem. The attic is also filled with the last tenants stuff. When we complained the housing officer who moved us in said “not much I can do about that luv”. Now I’m wasting days of my life waiting at home for various repair people to come in. And they regularly cancel the job last minute or the wrong tradesperson turns up.
Seemed really kind and considerate people. Although it wasn’t their fault, they sorted my issue out quickly.

The service they provided was appaling and there was a lack of professionalism at all. I am very glad that we got rid of them as the management company.
Pinnacle managed the block I live in from 2017 to 2024. They are one of the worst management companies I have had to deal with. Slow to respond, rarely did site visits and was very much in bed with the freeholder than helping us leaseholders with issues like cladding or getting things fixed. Fortunately the residents association has now managed to get rid of them!
If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so. An utterly woeful experience. Bellway built the block and handed the management off to Pinnacle Housing. Multiple property managers later, mostly incompetent and unresponsive, we have parted company. Thank goodness. Emails often went unanswered.They appoint their preferred ‘contractors’ to any maintenance issues. This results in every job being charged at an excessive rate which Pinnacle happily pay out of the service charge fund. Strongly suspect that they take a commission from the contractor. They don’t care about controlling costs - it’s not their money. Avoid - if you need a decent property manager, this is not the outfit to select.
Strong customer service, good ability to pick up the issues I needed sorting and great customer handling. Very satisfied.
Great company and so much better now that they have taken over the SFA contract. We had some bad experiences in the past but this has restored our faith and we’ll be looking at more SFA when my husband moves to his next job.
Housing officers are an absolute disgrace, very unprofessional and biased. A bit too friendly with certain residents. Not very professional! Complaints are brushed under the carpet, emails are ignored. Management are just as bad... Absolute joke. Had my housing officer throw accusations at me, speak to me like I was trash and walk out of my property during a meeting and she's still employed by them! Atrocious behaviour.

This cleaning company is absolutely atrocious! That the only word I can use to describe the way they clean, our blocks are absolutely filthy,our brand new estate is strife with Covid due to the non full block clean! Cleaner leave site by 1.30pm and I wouldn’t recommend this company to any housing association absolutely disappointed ☹️
