The company does not reply to the financial queries I made and do not even consider the complaints made following their own procedure. In my personal opinion and experience, it is an appalling organisation and they should remove any statement such as: 'We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide'. Checking with the Property Ombudsman Scheme at the moment, otherwise I will seek other legal alternatives.
The worst and useless property management company. Stay far away if you can. They have managed our property for 2 years and a half. I have no idea where the money we paid for service charge went into. Completely useless customer service. Always coming up with excuses when asking for even the most basic stuff. They also have this policy of changing a site manager every year or so so that it is always the previous manager fault if something is wrong

Nov 19,2020This is a joke of an establishment. We've filed complaints for 2 years of a nasty tenant that argues, swears, fights, slams doors, stamps feet, at all hours of the day. No response to emails, no response to requests for escalation, and not a shred of professionalism. Furthermore, they still cannot explain how services charges are itemized from years ago and ignore requests to understand why there are 20% increases YoY. They also use cladding reports to hold home owners hostage to force service charge payments - with no transparency into where those payments go or how they are used.
