Worst company on the planet. The customer service is beyond a joke. Don't know how the armed forces are allowing this company to be in charge of our housing scheme. It's an embarrassment to the forces. Shame on pinnacle and shame on the army for doing nothing about it.

Absolutely disgusting! Glad we didn't go for one of the properties that they were renting. They would probably put more hidden charges on top of the rent. Plus we won't get our holding fee back cause we pulled out cause we know what the Pinnacle group is like. Its just one big con to get more money out of you!! Stay clear!!!! Not to be trusted!!!

Staff very Rude, we was told by Metro that they willcollect rubbish from a tree which is outside our home. My partner was moaned at, it not our job etc and to top it off all i here is we are not f***ing tree surgeons.. Maybe get your staff some training on good customer service ..

Their cleaning service is ridiculously bad. It seems that you will sit in the car and the stairs will clean themselves. They will pass by the stairs spraying air freshener and everyone will think that everything is cleaned. Another case is to walk the stairs with a dirty rag so that at least someone notices that the stairs have been washed. this is the case when they think that only they are smart and everyone else around them is stupid and they really don't notice anything.

Rikki-Leigh Hudson was so nice and thorough, she checked absolutely everything was as it should be in the property. Very professional and it’s good to know we are in good hands. I can contact Rikki for anything and she will make sure it gets done. Thank you Rikki for making the moving experience such a good one.

Thanks very much to Chris! I had been waiting months for a whole series of repairs. Following his recent visit things really started to happen. Quite a few of the long outstanding repairs have now been satisfactorily completed. Much appreciated the time he took to listen and follow up. Great stuff!!

Zoe Soutar is always available for help and advice. She is very friendly and honest. Zoe will go out of her way to ensure everything functions and is kept in good condition on the property and in the house we rent. Thank you Zoe. You are a star always!

I can’t recommend Zoe Soutar enough, she had moved myself and my partner into our property back in 2020, Zoe has always been on the other side of an email when ever we have needed something etc. when Zoe comes and does our inspection Zoe is very polite happy and always smiling and takes the time to speak with us during the inspection. Zoe Soutar is an asset to your team. And for maintenance jobs just want to thank all the team as well as everytime I have put a report in the maintenance men have been out within a couple days so thank you guys. Pinnical group thank you for al your heard work. And Zoe please keep being you your amazing and please keep inspecting our property 😁😁😁

Hard to really describe in words the ineptitude of this company. I am cursed to live in an apartment block "managed" by them and the level of responsiveness to tenants' issues is appalling. You would be better off stuffing your service charge fees in an old sock and chucking it in a storm drain than paying them to manage your property. I feel sorry for the customer facing staff as I strongly suspect that the management treat them just as poorly and are just hoovering up the management fees for their own enrichment - no doubt the resulting high turnover of staff contributes to the chaos and lack of customer service. Appointing them to manage a property would clearly be negligent given that the only reliable thing about them are their one star ratings from customers.

This company took over the contract for my building in August 2022. They've been aware that I have holes in my roof for 6 weeks and done nothing about it therfore allowing an infestation of rats and birds into the building. Been trying to get in touch with the service manager not forthcoming as always when there's an issue . My building is for assisted living so many of us are in poor health they don't care they got their multi million pound contract and its do nothing as usual . Avoid at all costs this company is a huge joke .

Avoid this company at all costs Totally inept if you’re a landlord or a tenant. Seeking legal advice against them now. They have robbed me. Awful company to work for. Treat staff appallingly. Don't pay their staff properly, left the company and was owed holiday pay and notice pay and was never paid. still waiting after numerous e-mails Don't answer phone calls or return calls,worked for lot of company and I Don't say this lightly Pinnacle are by far the worst I have come across. Do not work or do business with them you will receive a sub standard service and be financially inconvenienced and your business will suffer as a result

This company is an absolute joke, had no hot water and no heating for almost 2 weeks now, sent multiple emails,.spoke to a dozen people on the phone and no one gives a damn about getting things sorted. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to let a family with a new born live like this. Absolutely worthless company, with worthless customer service, how they are allowed to run is beyond me, they shut be shut down and never allowed to do business again!

Horrendous. We have a sink that gushes water and has collapsed at the back and have been trying to sort it out for over 6 months. The gas man keeps turning up when we are not there and we receive no notification. He is cold calling and has the cheek to put a β€˜we missed you’ note through our letterbox. Saying they will inform my husbands chain of command. We have so much that needs doing but I feel like I’m banging my head against the wall. I am in the process of a formal complaint etc but not holding out much hope to be honest. The mould is unreal because of this sink and I have two children. It’s just not acceptable.

Absolutely shocking company! We have been without a boiler now since 10th May. Been advised of two dates that an engineer will be visiting, the engineer has never showed up and we’ve never been provided with an update or an alternative date. My husband and I have chased almost daily and made numerous complaints, to be told that they will email the area manager to provide us an update, this has never happened, we have never been provided with an update. We have 4 children at home and have been living off the emergent water heater, we are now in our 3rd month of having no boiler. Just not acceptable.

Unfortunately the estate cleaners that pinnacle property services provide to the council are dirty and have no idea what their job entails. In fact they do the opposite of what they are supposed to be doing by urinating around the block which they are meant to be cleaning. On two occasions I caught one of their "Cleaners" urinating in our back garden. When I complained to the company about it they told me it was a one off and wouldn't happen again. Not long after the same thing happens again. This time pinnacle property services were no longer interested in listening to concerns of residents. The cleaners then stopped urinating in our garden and instead started doing their business around other parts of the block. I got tired of Pinnacle property services in the end and moved away. Bad company badly managed with feral "cleaners". AVOID
