Jan 05,2022We have two German Shepherd dogs. Great dogs and very intimidating to strangers, but total wimps when anyone sets off a bottle rocket or if a thunderstorm rolls through. We tried to shame them by showing them pictures of military dogs jumping from planes with their handlers during actual combat. The shaming did not work. So, at the recommendation of our daughter, we ordered Pinnacle Hemp Dog Chews. We were (and continue to be) amazed at the remarkable change in their behavior when faced with anxiety-inducing situations, like 4th of July or the entire month of April in Pennsylvania. They are able to handle those types of situations with much of their dignity intact. And we don't have to cradle 100+ pound dogs until the storm passes or the neighbors run out of fireworks. They seem to enjoy the flavor (haven't tried them ourselves) which makes dosing them much simpler than hiding a pill in a hot dog. Yuck! In addition to providing an outstanding product, the customer service at Pinnacle Hemp is outstanding! I recently had a tech issue when placing an order online but Jodi & Josh worked with me to get the order placed and more chews on the way. Great products! Fantastic staff! Dec 09,2021Overall the company is great! Only one thing maybe to work on is the communication on tracking packages. I use the route app, but a lot of times it never shows package details until after your package is delivered. That is my only complaint, everything else is excellent!
