Jun 12,2021Because I don't add data to my phone that often, I didn't remember/know to toggle "Refill my phone for me" on my non-Tracfone phone that uses Tracfone data and minutes. I was upset but Pinzoo help stepped in (Mel, particularly) and patiently explained what to do. All's well. Great service from these fine people.

Apr 20,2021Thank goodness for Pinzoo! Since Covid, all the stores have been closing early and unfortunately, I ran out of data on my prepaid Verizon phone! I took a chance on the site, but it turned out perfectly! I went to their site, made a short profile (so you can earn points and rewards) I added my phone number, and purchased enough data to get me through the end of the month! It took literally from start to finish, about 30 minutes (and 25 was waiting on the money to be added and verified)!!! Sooooo very happy with this site and their services!!! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Apr 12,2021Always takes 2 days or more to get minutes downloaded. Customer service has to be called to force download, but they have very short hours of operation. I should have given up on pinzoo years ago.

Apr 08,2021The automated system works as it should. A quick renewal of minutes and it's kept simple. I'll give it a five compared to other robot stuff I've had to deal with. If you contact their customer service ask for Sean Jackson...he is the bomb.
