Have dealt with this company for 15yrs without issues, attempted to log in today, system says my log in is invalid. I learned that company was aquired by a new owner and old account was disabled without any notifications !! On Chat Bot is saying to create new log in account. Do yourself a favor , go somewhere else.

Worst company ever. Will not notify you if your purchase went through or if it was rejected. Would randomly cancel some orders and fulfill other orders. Then randomly one day I can't log in anymore. Wasted me so much time having to log in repeatedly to figure out if the order was cancelled or fulfilled.
They cancel your old account for no reason. Had the account for better than ten years, don’t use it often. You open a new account and place an order and they cancel the order and leave you hanging without any communication. There web site is super buggy. They have no respect for a customer’s time and act like it’s a privilege to purchase from them.

very happy for several years. Initial use had hicup with credit card but that I attribute to PinZoo making sure all was kosha. Not a high profit company with tons of phone support. 4 stars cause always ways to improved.
Haven't got any email receipt the past 4 orders. Contacted customer service months ago, and they never responded. It took at least 24 hours for the purchased minutes to show up on my phone. When I do it myself it takes seconds. Won't make that mistake again.
5 years I have used pinzoo time too refill I have been dropped with no reason account no longer works. You guy's suck

It has always been rather fast and easy, and on the few occasions there was a problem,customer service took care of it immediately, with no wait on the phone either. My only complaint is that you stopped texting me the status updates on my order.

Feb 01,2025I used this company for over 10 YEARS without any issues until 1-18-2025 when the new owner / management turned it into a FUBAR experience!!! I was FORCED to re-create a new account, and my FIRST order (under this NEW REGIME) was stuck in the processing mode for days and days! Ever time I used their P.O.S. Chat I was given a different answer!!! Seems they no longer control their website, BUT THE WEBSITE CONTROLS THEM? And the NEW REGIME has removed the ability to call customer service, therfore forced into using the P.O.S. TIME WASTING AND WORTHLESS CHAT!!!!!! I probally will never use their services again! CONGRATS to the NEW owners / management / regime for TRASHING this company, that I had used monthly over over TEN YEARS!!!!!!
