Jan 05,2020Usually pinzoo transactions are very smooth. This particular pin was flagged as invalid on Tracfone. I finally had to ask Pinzoo to add minutes for me which caused a delay.

Jan 03,2020I purchased a $20 tracfone phone minutes card from pinzoo last week but the minutes never showed up on my phone. Yes, I did enter the pin correctly. I've done that for years. I asked for a refund several days ago and still nothing has happened. So at this point I have no reason to believe that tracfone will do anything but give me the run around. Apparently they can keep your money when purchasing a card and not give you the card or minutes you purchased. That's a hell of a way to do business.

Jan 03,2020My mistake caused me to think when my flip phone was dropped in the washing machine the minutes I had bought were lost. My mistake was choosing Trac phone by mistake. My money was refunded and I Will continue to use PinZoo.
