Dec 25,2019There should be some way to be able to talk to a human. I ran out of minutes, bought them, but could not get them to load. I called two different phone numbers and all I could get was a recording and no matter what I said, I could not get to a human. The things that the recording was saying couldn't help me. It is Christmas eve and I cannot talk to my sister and my son, and I miss that. I am 81 and homebound. I cannot get the phone to give me the minutes I have, I have to call and ask. Tomorrow is Christmas, I am sure all I will get is the recording. There should be 24 hour coverage by a human, no matter the holiday. When I worked at the hospital, we had 24 hour coverage, so should you.
