Aug 02,2022Why did ot take HOURS for my service to added to my phone? When I became concerned, I called. A recording recommended I leave a message, email, or engage in live chat. I'm not a fan of live chat, but I thought it was the most wisest remedy. Although it was thrown out there as an option, it evidently doesn't exist. Minutes will be added momentarily does not mean sometime within the next four hours. Why can your system not accommodate a more expeditious addition of service? AND then, I received no text informing me of minutes added and my end of service date. Why?
