May 02,2022It takes days for the pinzoo purchase to show up on the telephone when placed over the computer with a credit card. Sometimes there is some code that is also required to activate the account. That code is not shown unless one digs around for it as for why the phone is not working. Past minutes are not carried over to new refills either. This is a poor way to conduct business.

Apr 09,2022I find the cost high. There is no difference with ATT. Also calling outside US costs four times higher than when I bought my refill from ATT. I am on 10.00 cents/min plan when I refill directly from ATT.
