Jan 29,2021So pleased with the colour (gothic) and quality of my 3.2mtr reclaimed scaffold boards. Bit of a wait due to the courier and a bit of confusion with delivery date, also due to courier but arrived in time. Would definitely us this company again.

Jan 27,2021Terrible quality on the custom products. If you get an issue they will stop answering emails and calls and refuse to take responsibility for their own errors. Their tactics is lying and ignoring you until you give up. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

Jan 25,2021Pipe Dream Fittings deliver pipes with extremely bad quality, they lie, have poor customer service that neglects emails and don't take any responsibility when there is an issue! We are a small business who make furniture using pipe and fittings. We had been looking for a company in Europe that could cut and thread pipes for us when we found Pipe Dream Fittings. We checked out reviews and it looked like they had a good rating. However we wanted to be sure of the quality and ordered a sample before going through with the order. The sample we got was perfect, and we were so excited to receive the big order. And then all the problems started.. When we first contacted them they told us that it would take them 3-4days to thread and 4-5days for delivery. However, two weeks after we paid we still had not got a confirmation or a shipping confirmation. It would take them a lot of promises and 42days until we received the order but we were still excited to receive it. However the disappointment was huge as there were a lot of problems with the pipes. - We ordered custom lengths, however the sizes differed with many cm. for example in the batch of 27cm pipes it differs from everything between 25cm to 29cm in length. And this problem was the same with all of the lengths. - The quality of the threading was extremely poor, and most are impossible to even get a fitting on. - Most of the pipes had two different types of threading on them, tapered on one side and straight on the other. - The pipes were dripping with oil and it had a really strong smell like old engine oil. - They had not used a reamer to remove the burrs on any of the pipes. Which makes it easy to cut yourself and impossible to clean the stinky oil out. - They had not sent us everything we ordered. We were still missing parts worth 1470pounds. When we contacted them about these problems they refused to take any responsibility and give us compensation for the errors. We wanted to stop the parts we were still missing, but they told us it was already sent. However, one month later we finally got a tracking number and can see that they sent it the day after we contacted them. Now it's been 3months since we placed the order with them and they have completely stopped answering emails and calls, and refuse to take any responsibility for the issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jan 07,2021good call centre but very poor on delivery my order took over 2 weeks to get to me even though it states 2/3 days ,, this should be 23 days ,, when it arrived some items where missing / out of stock ,, they promised me the items would follow on but didnt arrive i took the refund option .... pretty poor service over all, i wont be using this firm again, they get 3 stars for the call centre and nothing else

Dec 14,2020BEWARE - Small order that charged healthy delivery costs on a 2/3 day service. Delivery arrived 8 days later. Contacted customer service to which they blamed FedEx, rather than offer anything in way of an apology. Subsequent contact just gets ignored. In light of Covid i would be all for supporting small businesses, not these though.

Dec 07,2020Terrible . the company refused that i returned a handrail purchased for £136 . ( arrived 15 days after order ...) they justified it by saying that it is a "bespoke product" because they "powder coated it .... I had selected the product from their website and selected each characteristic, including its black jet powder coated finish" from their scroll down menu... i have written to them and they continue trying to misled me about my rights to return ... i have contacted the trading standards, and the customer advice ..all confirmed , after looking at the product on their website that it was mislabeled "bespoke". i have currently complaint in place. and although it is obvious this sis not a bespoke product.. they maintain their view... i have put a review before and they flagged it ..it si literally the worst after sale customer service io have encountered

Nov 21,2020Amazing customer service - sent a query about a bespoke request for shelves with a railing, I was sent a positive answer almost immediately and the shelves exactly as I wanted them delivered within a couple of days. They absolutely perfect and am super pleased! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Sep 10,2020I made an order of GBP 246.58 from Pipedreamfittings 18 June 2020. After reading reviews online I was confident that this was not a scam. Their support up to the payment quick and their responded very quickly to my queries. My order was allegedly shipped with 'Parcel2Go' and estimated delivery was end of June. I frequently checked the tracking number I was given and on 2 July I was surprised to see that the package was listed as delivered on the Parcel2Go website. The problem was that I had received no delivery. I immediately contacted Pipedreamfittings and that's and they promised to look into it. From then on the support has been dwindling to the point where they no longer respond to emails and now don't even respond on their chat channel on the website. Their claim is that since the courier insists they have delivered to the correct address and someone (not me or anyone in my household) has signed for it, the courier will not take responsibility. According to Pipedreamfittings, since the courier won't take any responsibility, they won't either and will not resend the order or reimburse me my money. It is worth noting that the address given is a mailbox on a mailbox stand so it is impossible for any courier to deliver without contacting me. The house is a fair distance from the mailbox stand and directions are required to find it. I am reluctant to write bad reviews and believe in giving people the chance to rectify issues before I complain. However, it has now been almost two and a half months and the support and responses from Pipedreamfittings has completely stopped. Please let this serve as a warning if you consider to purchase anything from this company. You may get lucky and receive what you ordered and paid for, but if there is an issue it seems like they will deny any responsibility for then to ignore you and hope that the issue will go away. To Pipedreamfittings: Trust me, it won't go away. While around GBP 250 is pocket change it is the principle that matters, and I'm willing to spend a lot more to make sure you uphold your responsibilities towards your customers.

Feb 20,2021The pipe was excellent but although I paid for next day delivery, it was 1 day late. This was not down to Pipedreamfittings but FedEx, who although picked it up the same day I ordered it, didn’t deliver it on time.
