Ordered a few items over 3 weeks ago. Nothing ever arrived. Emails remain unanswered, tracking info doesn't reveal any more information. 1 star seems generous.

Having used a big name company for over 10 years I recently came across pipedream fittings when browsing google. They are now the only company I use, the price is untouchable and delivery is always within the time frame. Excellent service provided by the guys in the office too.

Ordered 2 fittings and paid for 2/3 working days delivery. After 3 phone calls and number of emails (emails all ignored) and being told by James that Pipe dream 'couldn't understand why fittings had not been received because they are stock items' but they would send again, but still nothing arrived. During last phone call James agreed Pipe dream would credit the full cost and I confirmed I would have to obtain the fittings locally, (it was almost 2 weeks since the order was confirmed by Pipe dream). Fittings arrived days later so emailed Pipe dream to ask if they wanted the fittings returned, but no response. Checked with credit card company and no credit received, emailed Pipe dream and got response straight away saying I would have to pay the carriage charge, which I refused to do. Credit card company promised to commence the dispute procedure but have had no further contact - probably due to the transactions low value.

We bought a lot of piping to make a wardrobe, one parcel didn’t turn up due to FedEx, we spoke to a lady over the phone who was so helpful and sorted it out and made sure we got all our bits the very next day. Will definitely use again and recommend highly 😊

Extremely satisfied with the service and products received from Pipe Dream Fittings. There was a slight courier hick-cup, but Stewart of PDF was most helpful in getting my order delivered as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this company. My order was for 90metres of 27mm OD galvanized steel tubing (in cut lengths) + key clamp fittings. With the tubes cut perfectly there were no issues in the construction of my allotment fruit cage. I raised an order using their website and requested very specific requirements in regards to diameter, length and thread. I received a follow up mail confirming my order and a phone call to discuss my requirements. My order was processed and delivered neatly packaged with all my specific requirements met. Great service.
