When you get an email from the owner and he thanks you for you purchase and gives you his cell phone number in case you have any problems is unheard of!!! Great product and customer service!!! If you are looking for the best lights in the business (yes I have tried rigid and lumitec) give plashlights a look!!! Great product and customer service is second to none!!!!!!
