Feb 08,2021I emailed your customer support and heard no response for the retainer clips. I would expect at least an email back. I ordered the flexible LED strip and the appropriate silicone from your website, but your install tells me to use retainer clips with optional stainless screws. No retainer clips were provided.

Jan 28,2021Stephen went above and beyond in helping he even trusted me to send him the bad light which I thought was done this company stands behind it product they bulid a good product They honor there warranty they are in my home state they answer there phone and they will treat you right Stephen I told you to let me know we’d but I got ahold of the tech Tuesday night and will get the light to you as soon as I can get it from him please let me know what happened to the light and you have my contact information if you need any thing don’t hesitate to call txt email which ever is easier for thank you again

Jan 22,2021Plash Lights has always given me good products quickly. I've never had a product come in that malfunctioned, or was bad in a few days. The one time that I had a problem, I happened to be in Texas and visited the showroom to figure out what was wrong with the light. The gentleman at the desk came out in the rain and troubleshot the light with me, turned out it was the power plug on the truck, not the light, that was bad and needed replacing. Although I declined due to weather and time, he offered to help me conduct the install of a new plug. I will continue purchasing Plash Lights for any of my projects that I can apply them to.
