The website made ordering easy with a great facility to choose the correct cable to suit my phone. Once ordered, the confirmation emails came through with VAT invoice attached and the equipment arrived first thing the next day. An all round pleasure to do business with.

Jul 30,2018I queried the delivery cost as the items I ordered (foam for headsets) could have been put in a small envelope and this would have reduced the delivery cost tenfold. It was explained to me that they use a courier and this is their standard price. I do understand this but think exceptions could be made.

Jul 19,2018PMC telecom have proved helpful with a return of a product that didn't do what I needed it to. This was the fault of the manufacturers advertisement, rather than of PMC. They also confirmed a replacement product would do what I need it to. No issues, would recommend
