Oct 26,2016I wanted a new phone for the surgery similar to the one I had and Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable and with his help I ordered the telephone by 4pm and it was delivered the following morning - very efficient. I would definitely use PMC again.

Oct 26,2016There were initial delivery problems. The phone didn't arrive after 6 days and pmc said the delivery company must have lost it. Not sure that was true as I didn't receive a confirmation of my web order from pmc. However pmc sent out the phone replacement extremely promptly

Oct 24,2016Received a replacement cable in the post for CS60 but there are no instructions with it and its not a RJ11 to RJ 11 Male to male cable that I was expecting as a direct replacement. I am unable to use this with my BT handset as there is a RJ45 on the end which cannot connect to the handset. Telephone help was great as usual but what was received is not as expected

Oct 14,2016I actually had an issue with my head set order and was a bit surprised when they said I needed to return before they would replace it. Having said that, it was free to return and I had my replacement two days later. So great service . The product is also great BTW :-)

Oct 13,2016The first telephone that I ordered via PMC Telecom did not work. I telephoned PMC and was informed to fill in a returns form and a stamped addressed envelope. The telephone was returned and in less than 48 hours another one was dispatched and arrived and is now working. The customer service that I received was courteous, extremely helpful and I would definately purchase from PMC Telecom again.

Oct 13,2016We wanted to order a teleflash for our workshop so we can see as well as hear our telephone ringing, unfortunately they were out of stock. They were very helpful and were getting new stock but we sourced one elsewhere.

Oct 07,2016Ordered my phone. Was kept informed all along from placing the order to delivery. Was E-mail delivery date then another giving me an hour time slot of delivery and it arrived in that hour. Product was in excellent condition and works. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend company

Sep 12,2016Well I cant say anything about it; the ordering was pretty swift and smooth but about a day or so after I ordered a neckloop for my mum, I got a email saying the item had then been discontinued, so... Bit of a inefficient inconvenience.

Nov 02,2016Excellent customer service. Whilst the wrong item was delivered initially a replacement was sent out immediately with no issues and a very simple returns process for the wrong item. Would definitely buy from PMC Telecom again.
