I recently purchased a Plantronics headset from PMC. The order was delivered next day but I had to return the product as it was no longer required. Although no fault of theirs, their Sales Director authorised a full refund, in addition to postage cost which they didn’t have to. I was impressed by that simple but unexpected goodwill gesture. Excellent customer management! With small businesses like mine, every penny matters. These simple gestures of goodwill go a long way. Well done, PMC.

Money was taken for the product and next day delivery as I needed the product quickly. At the end of the next working day I got a call to say not only was I not getting the product that day I wouldnt get it for 6 weeks. A refund was offered but this didn't solve my issue. I went elsewhere and got it a day later

After placing the order I was later informed that it was the last one they had in stock and it was damaged so they could not send it. Not their fault as it was an item no longer in production. it was something I wanted quickly and got one from another site.

As always, an excellent service from PMC. Very speedy delivery (ahead of schedule) and the refurbished A-grade headsets looked like new. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to friends/colleagues.

A good website, easy to follow and find what you want. Good quality goods at very competitive prices. Very efficient despatch and receipt to customer. When things go wrong (with the courier in my case) customer services bend over backwards to sort it out and even send out replacement goods without any hassle. First class company to deal with; 10 out of 10!

Using online chat was great. Solid advice which led me in the right direction. The recommendation was slightly over specified for my needs, but it got me closer than days of Googling. Ordered at two minutes to three and paid for fast delivery. It arrived about 8:30 next morning. So far so good.
