Customer service was outstanding!! I had to change my frame order size two days after placing the order; and, it couldn't have been easier. They stopped/cancelled the UPS order and resent/resubmitted the new size. All the time being very understanding. Would highly recommend this vendor to anyone...can't wait to install this pocket frame.

Very helpful purchase assistance from Ryan in California & Victoria in Florida. Eclisse Classic Double Pocket Door Frame Kit with all available options arrived in 5 days as promised; boxes arrived before Christmas in good shape but are not yet opened. I'm waiting until after the holiday to tear out walls & assemble the unit. So far - great.

I spoke to customer service to help me decide on the best pocket door frame for my situation. Ryland walked me through the pros and cons of the brands he thought best suited my needs. He was extremely helpful in making my decision. I ordered the frame and it arrived in the estimated time. I have not installed it yet.
