The big box stores did not have one in stock and would not for a while. Pocketdoor Superstore had one in stock and to me in 5 days. Excellent customer service.

To return a tiny piece of door hardware they want to charge $85 for shipping on top of a 30% restocking fee. Plenty of other businesses out there to accomplish whatever door hardware thing you’re trying to do so don’t give this company your business.

I needed help developing the best configuration for a wall with two pocket doors with different widths. I was referred to Ben, who manages the website for Eclisse importers, and he expertly handled my naive questions and took the time to explain the product clearly in order to develop the best layout. I haven't found anything that compares to the comprehensive Eclisse kits and look forward to their arrival.

Superstore is a great company other stores should follow their lead. talking to one of the agents was a pleasure, doing business with over seas company was kinda interesting, and wondering if I would ever get my door. But is wasnt a problem I was told that the ship was docking in the next two days and within a week it was at my door. They offer online videos for us DIY very informative with step by step instructions.I have the frame put together and in the wall and now getting the door ready to install.. I would buy from this company again.. win win.

Really Good experience with a couple of hiccups. Great product that I have confidence in. Everything is working great. I got a double pocket system which is just 2 single pockets. Some of the translation of instructions for the double got lost to me as we went through it. I'm an amateur so some things were not obvious to me. The company can apparently get confused too because I was only sent one trim kit originally and it requires two (some pieces are wasted because of that) On the important question though (Am I happy with the finished product?) the answer is YES!

Really good packaging and the finish on all the wood pieces were excellent - don't remember reading the wooden pieces would be painted white. Looks great!

As a business owner, I've had a lot of experience with dealing with vendors. The decline in customer service in recent years is a sad fact of life. However, working with this company has been a different experience. I have had all my questions answered quickly and competently. Ben has been of such great assistance that I am not sure that we would gone forward with our project with 3 sliding doors in an office retrofit without his advice and assistance.

The kit arrived quickly and once professionally installed, worked beautifully. The soft close system is definitely a plus. Customer service was very helpful throughout the process. I ordered a separate latch kit for a specific look/match with other hardware, but the one included was a good basic choice.
