Jan 23,2025Great choice and very reasonable prices. We ordered over a weekend and the poles were with us by the following Tuesday. They came well wrapped in a strong cardboard tube which our grandson loves playing with. The poles themselves are of excellent quality and simple to fit. They came with a set of rings for hanging curtains which we don't need so, perhaps having these could be made an option to save wastage and money?

Jan 23,2025Nice smooth well finished pole, lovely ivory colour. Very well packed. Took a few days to arrive. The paint smelled too strongly for it to be put up immediately after unwrapping so we left it in a spare room for a day till the fumes had gone. The joining screw for the two pieces had been inserted off centre but as we were shortening it anyway to make it the right width we sawed it off and then re-drilled the hole in the exact centre.

Jan 23,2025Great looking product and really quick delivery, the only downside to the whole experience and perhaps the company should look at it , my second delivery had substantial damage to the packaging which was a lot more flimsy than the first. It would have been quite easy for the contents to have fallen out before it was delivered , the courier did not seem at all interested in the damage sustained to the packaging

But not happy that I am still 2 missing the company has responded but seems unable to either refund or locate the missing poles, which apparently comes directly from a supplier.

Jan 24,2025Very pleased with the quality of the pole. The only drawback I experienced was that the wall plugs and screws supplied with the product weren’t sturdy enough to support the weight of my curtains, even though my curtains are only medium weight.
