Nov 17,2024We ordered a pole on 15th October for same week delivery. It didn't arrive and we were told that it was damaged in transit and was being returned. Rather than send a replacement we were told that they wouldn't do that until the pole arrived back with them. So it seems that the courier didn't return it and we are still sitting here a month later without the pole. Useless customer service, do not use this company.

Nov 16,2024The top fitting track is fab. We'd had a new French door fitted and wanted to hang some voile for privacy but didn't want a big pole etc. Saw the ceiling fitting track and ordered... it's discreet and very smooth.

Nov 16,2024Because I had one curtain which i needed to draw from the left right across . I contacted the company spoke to a lovely lady who explained how to do it. It would have saved a lot of time if there were written instruction on the procedure. It’s one of those things when it’s “easy when you know how”. It took my son a good hour to sort it, thank goodness for utube. Otherwise perfect.
