Nov 07,2024I've ordered several poles from this company now which have all been delivered quickly well packaged. The poles are very good quality and they have an extensive range. The most recent pole I received had a slight defect but after emailing customer service (including a photo) I quickly received a reply informing me they would send a replacement and not to worry about returning the other one. I was very impressed with this response, they clearly appreciate the importance of excellent customer service and are also very knowledgeable about their products when ever I've had any queries in the past.

Nov 07,2024It was easy to find what I wanted on the website and the curtain rail arrived in good time. The rail came set up with the pull cord on the right but it was easy to swap it to the left side. My curtain look lovely now they’re up. Good valve for money
