Sep 20,2024Apart from the pole end being smaller than expected, it is sturdy enough and came with all the expected screws and fittings. The screws were rubbish , cheap Phillip's and no good for putting into a wall but would ha e been ok for a wood fixing. Excellent price for the product all in all.

Customer Services were knowledgeable and the chat not a simple chat bot. The website was very easy to navigate and ordered a second lot easily. Sep 16,2024The curtain poles and accessories were delivered to the time promised and were packed well. They also look great. However, the rawlplugs and screws supplied were not long or strong enough to support the weight of our full length curtains and we had to substitute with more robust ones. We think for a 35 mm diameter pole that is likely to be used for long/heavy curtains it is reasonable to expect the fixings to be sufficiently robust.
