Very responsible management. A few maintenances done well with low cost. Sometimes difficult to get resolution quickly due to high workload of contractor.

I have been staying in rented homes for over 10 years now and no other company has come even close to Poplar's customer service. I get responses back the same day and issues get rectified quickly.

I am happy with the support OneRent provided as a rental management company. OneRent was extremely helpful in getting some repairs that needed to be done. Ariane was professional and quick to respond to my repair request. Very friendly and understanding of my situation. Thank you!

We used onerent to rent a place in Seattle. It was the worst experience. They do a lot to get you to apply and sign the lease. Really aggressive tactics and are unethical. After we signed the lease, I was contacted by one rent that there was an update made to the lease agreement which they represented was just an update on how we pay rent. Come to find out that the lease stated that the landlord was on the hook to pay for water, garbage and the updated lease tried to make water and garbage our responsibility as tenants. They misrepresented the change and called me rather than my husband that is an attorney to try and get one over on me. This was the beginning of a long list of grievance I have with this company. This is an unethical company, I recommend not to do business with them.

I had a washer issue and contacted the Maintenance team from Poplar and Althea was the individual who helped me throughout the process. They allowed me to select my own contractor and get reimbursed on my next months rent! Job well done by Althea and the team for making the process so smooth and seamless. Response times were always quick and I felt like they really listened to my requests. Great Job!

A great place to leave “ Diamond Creek Apartments Morgan Hill”. The entire staff are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I live here for 3 years and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful apartment. It was a pleasure working with Ariane Joy Zamora and Roxanne very nice and responsive to questions and concerns. They both excellent. We would highly recommend you guys to anyone Ye guys have an amazing team! Keep up the great work. Thank you
