Jun 02,2024I’m completely blown away! I found Kate via Etsy. My boyfriend has a picture of his son when he was little. The photo was buried in a box for many years. As soon as we pulled the picture out, his face lit up. Immediately, I knew what I was giving him for Father’s Day! I couldn’t wait, and gave it to him early. He cried! The painting is absolutely stunning and the frame choice couldn’t have been better! I’ll definitely be returning for future paintings!

I was worried that I was a challenging client to work with because I wanted my paintings (I ordered 2) to be absolutely perfect, but Kate was nothing but professional and kind. She addressed every single one of my requests with sincerity and patience. Working with her was a pleasure and upon opening the paintings (which were excellently protected for shipping), I have absolutely no regrets regarding cost. They are worth every penny. I stare at them every night while resting on my sofa and just smile. I will be ordering another painting once we have an up to date family portrait taken.

Kate was very easy to work with, she was very responsive and answered questions quickly. She was also flexible when I made a change to the shipping address. There were times we were undecided on photos and backgrounds and the artist was so helpful with feedback and guidance to make our custom portrait one that we’d love and treasure forever. Also, the process wasn’t as long as I’d thought it would be. Our portrait came safe and wrapped tightly to our front door in just a few weeks. The little details in the painting were so impressive and we are SO pleased with the outcome!

My expectations were to have a happy memory but what I received is now a treasured work of art that is prominently displayed in our home. Looking at the work takes me back to a place and a memory that fills me with joy. The communications with the artist about the vision and even specific colors were prompt and responsive. The time frame to receipt was faster than I had hoped. The care in packaging was amazing. This has been such a positive experience. I have actually ordered another work because this rendering is so beautiful and provides my husband and me with a daily smile from a happy time. She is amazing!!!!
