She saw my vision and worked with me to make sure that everything I wanted was included in the painting. She answered all of my questions and always responded to emails in a timely manner. She also went to extreme lengths to make sure that the painting arrived in time for my friend's shower. The couple was absolutely in love with the painting, and multiple guests asked me for the business's name! I cannot thank Kate enough for her kindness and extraordinary customer service. Jul 30,2024The care and detail in my painting was simply phenomenal. I never doubted Kate's skill or how the would look. She catered to my desires and was open to feedback every step of the way. The image I sent in needed some alterations (my cat's body to be fluffier, her birthmark on her nose visible, her "clipped" ear etc.) some of these things weren't even visible in the model photo! With some more reference photos, Kate made the final painting look like it was done with an in-person (or in-cat) model! I am shocked and so so so happy with my final piece! I already have a few ideas in mind for my next purchase!
