Aug 01,2023Prices are outstanding. Genuine products for half to a quarter of what is asked locally for me. If you're Australian, I'd suggest just going with the regular post and not express. For whatever reason they both take the same amount of time (expect 10-14 days) but express costs $15 more. This isn't powerbulbs fault, everything I've ordered from the UK in the last 20 years has been the same.

Jul 20,2023I don't usually do reviews - but on this occasion I’ll make an exception. First and foremost a HUGE shout out to Stephanie in the sales team for going above and beyond. I encountered a curly issue with ordering online from NZ, contacted PB and rec’d a same day reply from Stephanie. She chased from her side, found the issue and resolved it damn quickly! As far as the order goes, Philips Racing Vision GT200s are a significant improvement on just about whatever halogen bulb you are using. Sure, not the greatest lifespan but much improved on older versions - but that’s the acceptable offset for such quality and performance. Royal Mail isn’t the quickest option, but that’s beyond any mere mortal’s control. The packaging was nice and sturdy to protect during postage. There’s a reason why so many Aussies and Kiwis order headlight bulbs from across the other side of the world – availability, quality product and awesome customer service! Repeat customer, and will be again. Overall – bulbs 8/10, Stephanie 11/10 😊

Jul 20,2023The product was as described, and shipping etc was on time. But to my dismay the product was poorly packaged. These were very expensive HID bulbs, and came packaged in their original cardboard packaging with no extra protection. Not very impressed as they were sent across the world and I would have thought there would be bubble wrap or some protection around them. They don't come pre-packaged in a plastic sleeve even, so warranted further protection.
