Sep 28,2024I've made four orders so far this year for Jura water filters and cleaning tablets from Pozzani (coffee-filters.co.uk) and I'm very pleased. Buying three items to get a discount, the price is the best I can find for what are otherwise painfully overpriced manufacturer branded items. Delivery is fast.

Apr 04,2024FilterLogic Swan Neck Lever Quarter Turn Tap-Satin Nickel SKU: FLT-135A-N-S Because this was a replacement tap, the location made it very difficult to fit. Unfortunately, there is a slow drip on the tap. The tap was cheap and you get what you pay for but I wish there had been a better quality alternative. It was so time consuming to fit that until the drip gets worse, we have decided to keep the tap while looking for one of a better quality.

Jan 28,2024I used Pozzani pure water company as I was looking for filters that would work in my Brita flow. Pozzani was selling a pack of 6 Maxtra plus compatible filters for only £12 which is a considerable saving on Brita ones. They fit perfectly, work great & most importantly, Pozzani are just down road from me & they delivered the very next day. Why would you not? I am an extremely happy customer.

Aug 15,2023Slightly disappointed! Ordered & paid for the Pozzani IX600 No10 Kitchen Spring (Hard Water) Filter. When the parcel arrived, I found that the tool to remove the filter casing was missing. Contacted Pozzani, who informed me that I would need to buy the tool seperately, as it was not part of the purchase - even though it clearly shows the tool on the webpage, with the other items that were included - where you place your order! Pozzani inform me that they will amend the images on their webpage. Doesn't leave me satisfied - they did acknowledge that it was their issue, as it was there on the order page. I felt they should have sent me one - at least as a goodwill gesture. Not that I was asking for something that I didn't feel entitled to ask for. Shame. Hey- ho!!

I have been using these filters for many years now and have not had to descale my kettle once. They are a good price and do exactly what they promise. I would recommend them to anyone

Jan 24,2022My parents lived in a hard water area and had been accustomed to having a water jug with a cartridge filter that needed to be replaced on a regular basis multiple times per year. Then they got their ‘yuppie tap’ as they called it. The installation of the dedicated tap plus the associated pipe work & filter housing, created a clean & simple on-demand filtered water system. It was always easy to get replacement filters every 18 or 24 months depending on usage.

When I phoned today to query an order that was wrong (no fault of my own) The customer service operator was impatient with me and give a long sigh I apologised for not understanding what she was communicating to me, NOT what I was expecting this morning.

Sep 05,2021I have shopped with Pozzani for a couple of years. I mainly rely on them for drinking water filtration as my water is fed from a stream. However, since they have proved reliable my shopping cart has extended to fridge filters and water jug filters. I have never had a problem -even during lockdown- and if a product is temporarily out of stock a suggested replacement is offered. I find their reminder system useful and obviously since they would prefer you to buy from them it is not pushy. Overall a great company to deal with and I recommend them constantly to friends and family

Really chunky, high quality tap, easy to fit, and it came with a free system - the new type which is SO easy to fit. Highly recommend this company. Customer service is always polite and friendly. May 01,2021Used for over ten years and never had a problem. So twice a year the filter arrives at a very reasonable cost and all I have to do is fit it. The filter, the packaging and payment service has been without fault therefore I can only say it has been an excellent experience for me.

Jan 07,2025Needed Jura Water Filters which are a rip off price anyway and Amazon always competitive however discovered this company on Google Search. Much cheaper than Amazon and equal on service. Will use again highly recommended.
