Jul 29,2015I have used Pozzani a few times now to buy filters - each time they remind me at an appropriate interval to buy another filter. They don't pester me and when I do order, the service is prompt, good value and with just the right amount of packaging. I am happy to recommend - my only issue is that the UK exchange rates have moved so that I am not saving as much as I was - can't blame Pozzani for that, but perhaps they will offer a Euro-only website..?!

Jul 29,2015I ordered a new tap for my water filter system. I was a bit confused about the £12 discount for existing customers, as I thought this would be deducted from the cost but it was already included and the £12 is added for non-customers, which I think is a confusing way of doing it. However I emailed to query this and the response was prompt and helpful. Product arrived on time, but I thought the packaging was quite flimsy.

I receive an email reminder when my cartridge is due for replacement but they never hassle. The prices are really good and the goods are always dispatched very quickly. Recently I have purchased a replacement tap and received the same, outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend Pozzani to anyone looking for these products.

No more searching/double checking I have found the correct filter. Once ordered the filter arrives within 2 days, as promised at the time of ordering.

Instructions were clear apparently. The tap looks smart and the filter casing seems more solid than some I've encountered! Water tastes pure. We'll see how it works out over the years.
