I was allowed to return the filters using Freepost and from my description of what the problem with the fitting was, she got new filters despatched. These arrived just a few days later and were a perfect fit.

Aug 09,2015I bought a Possini water filter, fitted it and used it. After 6 months you replace the filter cartridge. That's as easy as ABC 123. Then I bought another cartridge for next time.
