Jul 05,2015Many internet sales companies choose not to respond to customer's queries or even worse they send automated replies directing the customer to FAQ pages. Pozzani are not like those. They actually care for their clients. Something that promotes loyalty and "goodwill", an asset that while intangible still has great value.

I have always found them to provide first rate customer service whether it be for replacement filter cartridges or spare parts. Their email system that gives you a gentle reminder that it's time to change your cartridge is especially useful. Much better value than a better known water company. If you want a water filter these are definitely the people to go to.
