Jun 29,2015Pozzani reminded us of the need to renew the filter in our Springflow water filter. We have previously received refill for our filter through Pozzani. This filter had slight differences; slightly shorter and narrower but more significantly different connection. An adaptor was provided and worked fine all the time the water was flowing but as soon as the filtered water tap was turned off the connector leaked profusely. The entire filter has been removed to keep our kitchen dry!

Jul 01,2015I have purchased replacement filters for my Samsung Fridge / Freezer for over 6 years from Pozzani without a problem ( 12 filters ) this time the filter would not fit. On contacting the company it was made clear that it was probably my fault in not being able to fit it correctly Eventually they agreed to send the correct filter which arrived four days later. A letter of apology NO just a compliments slip with a prepaid sticker to return the incorrect filter. This entailed a trip to the Post Office and a wait in a long que to get rid of the incorrect filter. Will I use them again I don't think so
