Jun 07,2015I have had a Pozzani filter for more years than I can remember. I still have the original IX250 filter holder and have never had any issues with it. I have replacement cartridges sent out to me every six months via their excellent auto-dispatch service, so I don't even have to remember when to change them. I now use the RIX250 cartridges, as opposed to the original IX250, as I am keen on recycling and I find these cartridges to be very easy to take apart for that purpose. The filter makes such a difference to the taste of the water that I can instantly tell whether someone has inadvertently used tap water, instead of filtered, for making drinks. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere for my drinking water filtration needs.

Jun 06,2015I had a lot of help with getting the right filter for my tap. Several times I had to contact the company via Email & got a reply straight away. The service I received was second to none. Well done to the lady who helped me with my order. Filters are really good esp if you want to get rid of the taste of chlorine and other nasty's in your water. Really good tasting water straight out of your tap.

May 06,2015I called before ordering to ask a few questions and the 2 people i spoke to were really helpful and friendly. I ordered the RIX250 Kitchen spring that was on offer. I had to call a friend with a 12mm drill bit to drill into my stainless steel sink, but once that was done the rest was *very* straightforward to fit. I like the idea of refill replacement reminders as I would definitely forget!
